Welcome to this week's edition of Uncrowded Strategies.

Here are my private notes on how to win in every area of my life (and how you can too) this week!

🧪 The Business Experiment

(Focus: Openclaw & The Death of the Specialist)

I found it. The closest thing to AGI I have ever experienced.

It’s an open-source project called Openclaw (formerly Clawdbot/Moltbot). It runs locally on a dedicated MacBook I set up (you can use a VPS too), and it effectively acts as my digital Chief of Staff.

  • It checks my Slack channels constantly.

  • It chases my team for deliverables

  • It helps bring me research on certain topics every morning

  • It organises my day and plans my calendar

  • It even ordered flowers for a friend’s studio opening entirely on its own.

  • I’m setting up a voice for it so it can start making calls for me.

  • It runs 24/7, always learning and picking up new skills!

The "Uncrowded" Lesson: Try Vibe Coding.
To set this up, you need to be comfortable with code. Do not let “I have no coding experience” stop you.

  • If you have zero experience: This might be intimidating, and you should prepare to take a full day. (but it’s worth it)

Why this matters:
The new economy belongs to the Generalist, not the Specialist. AI will eventually replace the specialists. The humans who win are the ones who can connect the dots across fields.

About a year ago, I decided to learn "vibe coding" (using AI to write code for me). I didn't become a developer, but I learned enough to deploy tools like Openclaw while everyone else is waiting for the "user-friendly" version.

And by learning some code, I learn to think like an architect, which has allowed me to create better systems for my business (non-code related). The future belongs to those who can spot & use patterns across different fields. There’s never been an easier time to pick up different skills with AI.

The Edge: If you wait until it’s easy, you miss the alpha. The early adopter capitalizes on the friction.

Note: You can find the Openclaw repo on GitHub. Drop the link into your favorite LLM (I recommend Claude Opus 4.5) and ask it to guide you through the setup step by step.

SECURITY WARNING: Do not set it up on your own laptop/desktop. Use a VPS (Ask Claude if you don’t know) or a separate device. Create a new Gmail, Slack, iCloud, 1Password, 1password or whatever you use. Treat it like a NEW employee you hire. You won’t give your new employee access to your personal device. Use that same LOGIC!!

❤️ The Partnership (The CEO Affair)

If you are in Singapore, you know the news. The internet has blown up regarding the CEO who had an affair with his VP. The comments section is full of judgment, gossip, and anger.

The Uncrowded Take:
Instead of casting surface-level judgment, I want to offer perspective. Affairs rarely happen in a vacuum. I’ve been talking about the root causes of infidelity for years.

If you want to understand the "Why" rather than just gossiping about the "Who," I broke down the psychology in these two recent videos that went viral:

Note: It DOES NOT excuse cheating! Cheating is bad… But we need less judgment and more understanding of how to guard our own marriages/relationships.

💰 The Portfolio

Status: No changes.
Sentiment: Boring (and that's okay).

There is a lot of talk about "asset rotation" right now because the market is chopping sideways.
My stance: I am a Builder, not a Trader.

I would rather spend my time building a personal AI assistant (that saves me 10 hours a week) than reading about which sector to rotate into for a 2% gain.

Signal vs. Noise Reminder:
When the market is weak, stop looking at the price action (Noise) and look at the company (Signal).

  • Signal: Is revenue growing? Is cash flow strong? Do they have zero debt?

  • Action: If yes, do nothing. Let them work.

🧬 The Protocol (Health & Weirdness)

Topic: The Spicy Food Defense Protocol

We all know sleep is a superpower. But I realized a pattern: whenever I eat spicy food for dinner, my sleep score tanks.

I can’t give up spicy food forever, so I developed a "Damage Control" algorithm to protect my gut (and my sleep) when I indulge. (This is not for daily use!!)

The Protocol: Choosing based on symptoms, not vibes.

Scenario A: The Burn

  • Symptoms: Gut Burning, Acid Reflux

  • The Fix: Gaviscon (Liquid works faster than tablets).

  • Timing: Immediately after the meal or before lying down.

Scenario B: The Cramp

  • Symptoms: Gut twisting, Urgent toilet feeling, Spasmodic pain.

  • The Fix: Buscopan.

  • Why: It targets the muscle spasm, not the acid.

Scenario C: Total Chaos

  • Symptoms: Both burning and cramping.

  • The Fix: Take Both. They work on different mechanisms and don’t cancel each other out.

That’s it! Pure value, no fluff. See you next week,

Gabriel Wong
