Welcome to this week's edition of Uncrowded Strategies and happy 2026!
Here are my private notes on what I’m building, how I’m growing my family, my investment portfolio, and sometimes weird things I’m doing to optimize my health this week.
⚡ The Leverage
(Tool of the week: Gemini 3).
The Experiment: I am using Google Gemini’s "Multimodal" capabilities to automate my delegation. Instead of typing out a long document, I record a 5–10 minute screen recording of my workflow, explaining what I am doing and why and upload it to Gemini.
As far as I know, only Gemini allows direct uploading of a video file.
The Workflow:
Record screen (Loom).
Upload video file directly to Gemini.
Prompt: "Watch this video and write a step-by-step SOP for my team."
The Result: It builds a perfect Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in seconds. I delegate tasks faster because I don't have to write; I just have to do it once on camera.
❤️ The Partnership (Parenting)
We decided to sleep train both kids this week. We moved them into the same room to have them sleep alone (they used to be separate), and it was chaos.
The "Uncrowded" Move: The Father Steps Up. I decided to take the lead. My strategy was "Firm but not fierce."
I gave them a routine.
I led them to bed.
I told them: "Stay in bed until morning."
The "Silent Return" Method: I waited outside the door. If they came out, there was no shaming, no scolding, and no asking "why." I simply took their hand, said "Back to bed" calmly, and put them back.
The Progress:
Night 1: Brutal. I had to put them back 20 times. I stood outside the door for 2 hours.
Night 2: They only came out 2 or 3 times.
Night 7: Zero. They slept through the night without coming out once.
The Lesson:
Fathers break the loop: My daughter likes to fake cry in front of my wife to avoid sleeping in her room. She knows that doesn't work with me.
Boundaries = Love: Children will test you. But when you stand firm, they feel safe and loved. My kids have been saying “I want Daddy” instead of “I want Mummy” ever since I started sleep training them.
💰 The Portfolio
The market has been quiet due to the holidays, so my portfolio is largely unchanged.
The Move: I followed through on last week’s note: I successfully converted 5% of my net worth into Midnight.
The Thesis: I am betting on the Privacy Narrative for this year’s crypto run. As institutions enter the space, they need “selective” privacy to comply with regulators. Midnight is the only tech that solves this so far.
(Disclaimer: But good tech does not mean adoption. I am willing to lose this 5% entirely. Please do not blindly follow this trade. This is high-risk.)
🧬 The Protocol (Health & Weirdness)
I used to swallow 20 to 30 pills every morning to get my vitamins in. It was annoying and expensive.
I’ve recently switched to a single supplement called IM8.
Why I switched: It’s an "all-in-one" stack. It covers the multivitamin profile but also focuses on:
Hydration: It’s packed with electrolytes.
Gut Health: It contains proprietary blends specifically for the gut.
The Result: I’ve been on it for several months. While "gut health" is hard to measure, my energy and focus are noticeably higher compared to my old 30-pill routine.
